Lutheran Towers apartments are for individuals aged 62 and older. One of the partners must be at least 62 years of age for married couples. No entry fee or long-term lease is required. Rents include all utilities and may be subsidized through a program offered by H.U.D. (residents must meet all eligibility requirements for the H.U.D. Section 202/236 program). Lutheran Towers is an equal housing opportunity facility.
